It has been said that the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Well, Let it be said that it is also a direct route to a woman’s heart.

This was a light lunch Salim prepared for us one spring day back in 2019. I remember it was broccolini and shrimp lightly sautéed with spices, lemon, and some amino acids. I always love how Salim doesn’t wait for special occasions to use our fancy things.  A simple elegant dish plated on art can be reserved for rare moments, or why not consider it a way of life.
